Custom-made products Because our t-shirts and hoodies are made to order with your custom design (front, back, and sleeves), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Defective or incorrect items If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

EU consumer rights In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge this exception.

How to request a return Contact us at sgdizajn@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
