1. General By placing an order on sgdizajn.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Custom products All t-shirts and hoodies are made to order with your chosen customization (front, back, and sleeves). By submitting your design and confirming your order, you take full responsibility for the accuracy of the customization details provided.

3. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.

4. Order processing Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Production and shipping times will be communicated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Intellectual property By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. SGDizajn is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs.

6. Limitation of liability SGDizajn's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
